We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your hearing aid to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your hearing aid is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized hearing-related products

Perishable goods

Personal care items (e.g., ear hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges


The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.


The item must still be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags and original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.


If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
